Professor Mark L. King served in the US Navy under President Ronald Reagan. He graduated with a BA in English (with a double major in Communications) from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1989 and worked as a news reporter and feature writer for daily newspapers in Texas. He began his teaching career at El Paso Community College and moved to Colorado in 2000 to accept a full-time faculty position at Pikes Peak Community College.

Professional Experience

Professor King has taught classes for El Paso Community College, the University of Texas at El Paso, Howard Payne University, and Pikes Peak State College.
