Dr. St Onge holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership, along with an MBA in Public Administration and Finance, an MA in Curriculum and Instruction, MEd in Special Education and a BS in Business Administration.
Her instructional areas include marketing, operations, public finance, and digital transformation, with an emphasis on practical application and student-centered learning. Dr. St Onge’s professional background includes different leadership roles across the finance industry. She has also worked as a leadership coach and corporate consultant, providing training in emotional intelligence, communication, and career development.
In Colorado, she serves in statewide and municipal disability advocacy leadership roles, including roles on the Colorado State Rehabilitation Council and the City of Pueblo ADA Advisory Committee, where she helps guide accessibility policy and services for individuals with disabilities.
A U.S. Army veteran and former Human Resource Manager, she is passionate about mentoring others, supporting diverse student populations, and integrating real-world experience into the classroom.
